Summary:

Write out a summary of who you are and what you’re looking for.

My name is Kristi Green and I’m currently attending Turing School of Software Design.  I’m looking forward to starting my new career as a software engineer.  I have a lot of work experience and know what I am looking for in my next employment opportunity.  What’s most important to me is, finding a company whose philosophy puts their people first, that the well-being of their employees is important, for instance a company who pays their employees well enough to take money off the table, so that the employees can meet their needs and are able to come to work and focus on the work and not on financial struggles because they aren’t paid well enough.  A company who believes in training their employees, who provides a work environment that is conducive to production. Work life balance is very important to me, as well as feeling respected and included in the work environment.
