###Getting Organized ..Checklist keep you accountable and ensure that no stone is left unturned. They are a backup in case you have forgotten something important. I agree with checklists and I use them in my life all the time. I think using them with school is important, given the volume of work/reading we are required to do. In order to stay on top of it all, a checklist is crucial. I have used Trello and it works well but I eventually went back to using my google calendar because it is more convenient for me to use and it works well with keeping me on track with everything I have to do with school and outside of school.

What questions do you have about this kind of development? ..My impression is that it is used to bring out the best in employees find their strengths and allow them to utilize them in ways that empower them at work. How do you know? ..Resourcefulness, creative thinker, strategic thinker, love for learning, willing to try and implement new ideas. I know because these traits are utilized alot in my life and I've gotten pretty good at utilizing them. ###How do you hope to develop your strengths for your new career in software development? ..This career path I have chosen as a web developer, is one that is constantly evolving and I find comfort in that, it means I will continually be evolving and growing as a developer and with the industry. I will be using all of my strengths to move forward in my career, whether it be taking addtional classes, perhaps teaching or speaking at meetups, etc. and creating applications that solve problems for many users.
