In steam right click the Palword Dedicated Server > Manage > Show files
The save is in the folder called Pal
Open Saved/SaveGames/0/<some_random_letters_and_numbers>/ 4.5) Save those random letters & numbers for later, this is your starting ID
You should probably see some files like Level.sav, and Players.
Select them all > Right click > Compress.

Now send them to your linux server. I uploaded to discord then used wget to download onto the server from linux. But scp / etc should also work.

Not much information exists online about this travel case and what's inside it.

Opening it is likely possible to do without destroying it. there are lots of clips around the edge, but no glue.

Inside is one board, held down by 3 peices of melted plastic.

It seems to have a coil, driven by the 12v source and a MOSFET.

I would avoid gigabyte's aorus lineup. Story time... (this is a personal story, I'm sure not every customer had their stuff break like this)...
