List of nationalities

It's time someone compiled a list of nationalities to use within a web application. This gist attempts to make a first move at that.

American is not an acceptable nationality for those in the US, especially for those who live in other countries in the Americas.

I think Trinidadian or Tobagonian should be replaced with Trinidadian and Tobagonian.

hey Marijn, i created a text file where the values are comma separated and stored in quotes, do you think you could check it out and add it to this? it would help people who are creating String Lists like i was today.

Hey Marijn, the nationality Emirati wasn't added. It's the people of UAE or better known internationally for the city Dubai. I added it to my fork, feel free to check it out.

The nationality Kailasian wasn't added. It's the people of the United States of Kailasa, The only sovereign Hindu Nation also known internationally for their vibrant culture with ancient unbroken lineages going back to more than 10000+ years. I added it to my fork; feel free to check it out.
