At the time of writing, Gnome has no support for changing the touchpad scroll speed.
This is a bit of a hack but it works.
Tested on Framework 13 with Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition)

We used to use jQuery for a lot of things.
We used to use jQuery for easily selecting elements. This has never been a problem IMO but its now we also have querySelector
which is just as easy as jQuery.
