  • What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

Empathy is always an important part of my life as I see it as an essential part to healthy relationships. It has helped me connect to others, to show care and concern, to foster understanding between myself and others. Empathy has been crucial when resolving conflicts. To find a solution between two people you must understand both sides. To truly understand someone else you have to be able to listen to them such that you understand what they are feeling and can imagine how they experienced a situation. When you can see how someone if feeling and understand how it came to be that way you are able to respond and interact with that person in a way that is helpful to both of you.

  • What is your greatest strength and how do you know?

My greatest strength is my personal drive to be the best I can be. My strongest driver in PAIRIN was microscope, which falls under the growth/agency driver. This category applies to those who seek to reach their full potential and fulfill their purpose in life. My ambition is what has brought me my success throughout life. The famous saying 'where there is a will there is way' apptly applies here. Because I am in a constant state of wanting to better myself I will always be driven to improve and learn.

  • How do you work best?

I work best around a positive, encouraging and supportive environment. I focus best when I study on my own which is best for laying certain groundwork and uncderstanding new concepts. However working with others after this independent phase helps me grow my knowledge and solidyfing my understanding through communicating these new ideas to others. One thing I have found also is no matter what I learn and perform best wh
