NomadPHP Lightning talks

Every month I have the challenge of finding two speakers to do a 10 minute lightning talk on something PHP related (even adjacent). The past few months this has become increasingly difficult so I've created my personal wishlist. If you would like to add to this list please leave a message below. I want to encourage new and veteran speakers. This is a great way for you to get some exposure and show conference organizers what you can do. Veterans can use Lightning Talks to test out new talk ideas or even different slide decks to see the audience reactions. Think of it as A/B testing your talks.

How to quickly download Lorempixel images.

You can directly use URLs like this: http://lorempixel.com/400/300/nature/1/ but they will be downloaded every time from the Lorempixum server (they are not cached). For better performance or cache control you may want to save them locally. You can use cURL with its little known syntax for its input and -o arguments to do it easily.

Save filenames like nature-400x300-5.jpg:

#Introduction If you're a php developer on ubuntu, there comes the time where you have to install/reinstall your system. I did it already a few times and i decided to write down the steps for a typical web developer stack with php. This is for a developer machine and not for a live environment!
