I have created my account through Steam and it works, I just changed the target exec name (start "Black Desert Online" "Black Desert Online Steam Launcher.exe"
), placed the .bat file in BDO directory and made a shortcut on my desktop.
The anti-cheat software launches without complaining for admin privileges and the game runs like a charm.
Im a bit noob when it comes to this kind of stuff and sometimes i need specifics. Also I run mine on D: not C:, is that ok?
Can you tell what you used as target exec name?
also can you specify the location where you placed the .bat file? I know mine might be different but i just want to have some ideas

Just place the .bat file next to the launcher .exe, and it should be fine.
Replace "Black Desert Online Launcher.exe"
with whatever the file name of the launcher is.
I am no longer running Windows, so I can't test this for you at the moment.
Have you tried launching the game nonetheless?
Does it really matter what Steam detects as long as the game runs?
It runs, however if you have made your account through steam then opening it through this won't tie the app with steam.
You have any ideas how i can Bypass admin so i can get full permission to run BlackDesert even when im not accessed as admin?
