The following best practice observations apply when using a hardware-based encoder for live streaming to any platform:
Set the buffer size (-bufsize:v) equal to the target bitrate (-b:v). You want to ensure that you're encoding in CBR mode.

The gcc compiler can optimize code by taking advantage of CPU specific features. Especially for ARM CPU's, this can have impact on application performance. ARM CPU's, even under the same architecture, could be implemented with different versions of floating point units (FPU). Utilizing full FPU potential improves performance of heavier operating systems such as full Linux distributions.
These flags can both be used to set the CPU type. Setting one or the other is sufficient.

Running the azure-team terraform make file to create your infrastructure may not work on a Windows machine. When this bug occurs, every time you use the indexeddb, the WAL file grows. Garbage collection doesn't seem to be working, so after a while, you end up with gigabytes of data.
All packages, except for Tini have been added to termux-root. To install them, simply pkg install root-repo && pkg install docker. This will install the whole docker suite, left only Tini to be compiled manually.
