solution:
- open up terminal
- type:- "sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list"
- find 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/deadsnakes/ppa/ubuntu jammy Release' and put a "#" before it.
- type 'apt update && apt upgrade -y'
optional 5. encountered error? reply back, support would be long to get.
