By creating an account or using Campus Net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be a current university student with a valid .edu or .edu.in email address to use Campus Net. You must be at least 13 years old.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including all content you post. You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the Service's systems
- Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Campus Net. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating Campus Net.
Content that receives a threshold number of reports is automatically hidden pending review. We may remove any content at our discretion if it violates these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you also consent to that policy.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Net and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
