Completely uninstall and remove Tuxera NTFS on MacOS (resets trial version)

sudo rm -rf /Applications/Tuxera\ Disk\ Manager.app
sudo rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Tuxera\ NTFS
sudo rm -rf /Library/Filesystems/fusefs_txantfs.fs
