Disable McAffee Endpoint Protection OSX

method 1

sudo /usr/local/McAfee/AntiMalware/VSControl stopoas

alternatively

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.mcafee.ssm.antimalware.plist OAS_Enable -bool False
sudo /usr/local/McAfee/AntiMalware/VSControl stop
sudo /usr/local/McAfee/AntiMalware/VSControl reload
