It'll take some time for me to vet these for unintended side-effect (kudos for providing a source link! - that'll make it easier), but I'll get to it before too long.

EDIT (2025-05-23):
Done. Nearly all of those URLs are handled by the lists I recommended below. The remainder have enough legitimate uses for Edge users that I'm not comfortable including them.

De-duped against the excellent (and highly recommended) lists at hagezi/dns-blocklists.
