File your ANNUAL REPORTS online to update/renew your status and information instantly. Below are the step-by-step instructions.

    Our online system functions best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop.
    Please start by going to the following link https://ccfs.sos.wa.gov/#/
    If you have an account, log in and skip to step 4. If you do not, create a free User Account in CCFS.
    Once the account is created and activated, then log into your account.
    your green navigation pane is on the left side. Open the Business Maintenance Filings tab and select "Annual Report."
    Enter your UBI # and click "Search Business."
    Your business name will appear, and you must click the bubble to the left of your business name to continue.
    Complete all the required fields, continue to the review page, and add to your cart.*DO NOT USE THE SAVE BUTTON! This feature is not currently functioning correctly. The upload additional documents section is optional and will delay your submission as it requires staff review. UPLOADS SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION.

We encourage customers to use a calendar reminder every year to get their report in well before to mitigate any risk of delinquency or loss of status/business. Your business' expiration day will always remain the last day of the month it first formed, registered, or incorporated, no matter when you file within the 180-day window.
