Angelkin Aasimar Hospitaler 20 taking Shield Bash at 1st, Two Weapon Fighting at 3rd, Selective Channeling at 5th, Double Slice at 7th, Blind Fight at 9th, Shield Master at 11th, Wings at 13th, Bashing Finish at 15th, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting at 17th, and Greater Two-Weapon Fighting at 19th.
You start with 13 DEX and use a belt to get 15 for TWF, and pump STR and CHA (CHA is the priority and should get four ability score increases). Dump WIS and increase your INT to give you however many skill points you want.
As for items, the big ones are Ravena's Oath, Onslaught, and Perfection. Ravena's Oath is probably the most important because it double dips on its enhancement bonus if you have Shield Master (so it's effectively a +10 weapon when making your attack rolls) and it gives infinitely ramping damage in the form of its bleed effect. Everything else is basically there to buff it. I use the Greater Belt of Perfect Components starting at Pitax when you can get it though because it (as is relevant) auto-Extends all of your spells save your 4th level spells. To that end, the Great Dreamer's Smile is also pretty useful.
You'll absolutely want the Forest Knight's Bracers for HAEOT. The fact that it fears Fey that hit you is super useful at limiting the number you effectively have to face at once.
If you romance Tristian the ring he gives you gives you a permanent Death Ward. While this is the best option for dealing with the Ghostly Guards (they are trivialized by it) you can also alternatively use the Warding Helmet, which also gives a permanent Death Ward (which will replace your Crown/Hat of Mental Perfection +8 for those encounters) or failing that, you can use the Swamp Dweller's Boots to get immunity to ability damage.
Also, what's interesting is that if you are wearing the Forest Knight's Bracers and become affected by the Fear Aura of a Lich, you get its +2 morale bonus to everything forever.
Early on you rely on Smite to kill things (and the build is really rough until you get TWF at 3), later on Ravena's Oath carries you with its infinitely ramping damage (+1d6 bleed damage per hit per round until healed). Lategame you basically save Smite for bosses because as a Hospitaler you only get three innate uses (though for most of the game you'll be using the Blessed Path armor for more Smites)
If you're Human you obviously can't take Wings so you would use your leftover feat slot to pick up Improved Critical (Longsword) so that you don't have to use Keen on your Divine Weapon Bond. Alternatively you can pick up Improved Blind Fight to have less trouble with concealment. Essentially you get two free floating feats to spend however you want (bonus from Human and the fact you can't take Wings).
If you are Human though your STR will suffer since your CHA is the most important stat.
