From Dot.Net core 3.0, .gitignore can be easily added by simple command. Run "dotnet new gitignore" on project root folder.

That command allows uploading some files from the .vscode folder, is that normal? I understood that the entire folder was not uploaded.

I'm new in NET Core and I have NET 5. Does this command work for this version as well?

Hey man, I was reading the paket docs and there they recommend do set those lines for the .gitignore related to the paket files/folders:

Make sure to add the following entries to your .gitignore:

#Paket dependency manager
.paket/
paket-files/

Can you please change this file according to this information?

Btw, I got this information in this page. It is written immediately before the section called "Install the Paket bootstrapper (legacy)".
