Combinatorics permutatons and product in javascript using lodash.js (like python's itertools)

I think the current code only works under the case of n=2, there are still bugs in the code, which lead to errors when generating permutations and combinations with n >=3. To make the code fully functional with any n, the following modifications apply:

with above changes, both the combinations function and permutations function work well, further comments are welcomed!

Thanks I added that. I also tested it on this jsfiddle and it works well.
