Note

For every body who using Win10/11 with new Office that you need to know:

to active Office without crack, just follow https://github.com/WindowsAddict/IDM-Activation-Script,

you wiil only need to run

irm https://massgrave.dev/ias | iex

in PowerShell

Step By Step:

  • Right-click on the Windows start menu and select PowerShell or Terminal (Not CMD).
  • Copy-paste the below code and press enter
  • irm https://massgrave.dev/ias | iex
  • You will see the activation options, follow the on-screen instructions.
  • That's all.

Note that Office2019 DO NOT support activate via simple copy/paste plist license file which is the simplest way to activate Office 2016. Fortunately, you can also use the VL Serializer tool, just install Office 2019 and Serializer, then run Serializer to activate.

Activation Step

  1. DO NOT RUN OFFICE APP AFTER INSTALLED, but just install Office 2019 for macOS, choose one of this

    or install via brew:

    brew cask install microsoft-office

  2. manual download and install Microsoft_Office_2019_VL_Serializer.pkg

  3. run Microsoft_Office_2019_VL_Serializer and it will automatic activate Office 2019

  4. open the office app, completed.

Note

If you alaways been asked for 'Sign in' and still requires activation, please try to remove Office license files on a Mac. Here is the official download link for Microsoft_Office_License_Removal tool. (thanks for @lidroider's comment)

  1. install Office2016 for mac with Office Suite Install, but DO NOT RUN OFFICE AFTER INSTALLED

    or install via brew:

    # brew cask install microsoft-office  # this point to Office 2019 now
# install last office 2016 version below

  2. copy license file com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist to Preferences

it worked for powerpoint, excel etc but NOT for Word! And that's the app I need the most. is there any fix for it???

Perfect working for me use Official Link - Microsoft_Office_16.27.19071500_Installer.pkg for apps just install do not open until to run

[Microsoft_Office_2019_VL_Serializer.pkg] and turn off autoupdate you are ready to go

MS Word on new MacBook Air running Sequoia 15. Suggestions worked fine only for MS Excel - everything else still asking for me to Sign In. What next? Thanks. Using the instructions for doing this in 2024. Should I be doing something different?

For anyone who had already opened any MS office app before running the VL Serializer, OR updated it, you need to:

  1. Uninstall the app.
  2. Download Microsoft Office Reset from https://office-reset.com/ then run it and follow the prompt accordingly.
  3. Reinstall MS Office 2019 from https://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/MacAutoupdate/Microsoft_Office_16.27.19071500_Installer.pkg or if you already have the package installer.
  4. Download the VL Serializer https://gist.github.com/zthxxx/9ddc171d00df98cbf8b4b0d8469ce90a/raw/Microsoft_Office_2019_VL_Serializer.pkg, and run it.
  5. VOILA

This worked for me, Word is working too. Sequoia V15.2. 2025-02-04.

make sure you have the older one installed, not the 2019 one, it didn't work on that one for me at lease. make sure you run the license installer or, open a terminal and type " touch /Llibrary/Preferences/com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist " now, open a file manager and go to that location, Library/Preferences/ and fund that file either you created or the one that was installed that is labeled : com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist. From this point you will either paste in the correct code configuration from which you can go to at the top of this form, look for the raw button for the /com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist section and just copy and past that into the license, save it and make sure microsoft apps are closed and restart them. Should work. good luck bud. you may be able to let me do it for you with team viewer, that simple you just install it and send me your link code, and I can do it from my end, well at lease try to help you. Atlease that way I'll know exactly what is going on.

hey everybody I'd been using MS office on my Mac for the last 5 years, but yesterday updated my word and afterwards I couldn't edit/copy etc. I tried reinstalling several times but only the word not the entire suite and every time is the same - the program won't start unless I update it on the App Store. Now I am considering reinstalling the whole office suite but I am worried not to lose the other apps.
Does anyone have similar problem? Is it possible to somehow repair the word only or if I have to do the whole process all over , how to be sure that I will uninstall it properly.

And is there any cracked version of autocad for Mac also xD

this still works for me on Mac , just make sure you have Office version 16.27.19071500
steps :

  1. Download Office & Serializer from the below link
  2. Run Microsoft removal tool first then
  3. clean your Mac, delete all the Microsoft apps , and clean anything related to Microsoft that exist in the Library/Group Containers
  4. Then install office
  5. Run Serializer
  6. create/overwrite the file com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist  in /Library/Preferences
  7. Copy everything from com.microsoft.office.licensingV2.plist
  8. IMP: first time when you will open Outlook it will ask for update permission -> deny auto update
  9. deny automatic data usage sharing with Microsoft , you can make it force quit from Activity terminal
