Simple Installer for Docker Compose on Container-Optimized OS on Google Computing Engine

The easiest way to make Docker Compose available on Container-Optimized OS on Google Compute Engine (GCE) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This is minimal Bash script version of Community Tutorial.

How to use

Simply, download installer.sh, run it, and then reload bash by source ~/.bashrc or re-login.

This tutorial shows how to run docker natively on Android, without VMs and chroot.

Edit 🎉

All packages, except for Tini have been added to termux-root. To install them, simply pkg install root-repo && pkg install docker. This will install the whole docker suite, left only Tini to be compiled manually.

Delonghi Dedica 680 Rancilio Silvia wand modification (originally created by Chris Faulds)

This very detailed guide was originally written by Chris Faulds and used to be available at cfdesign.work/derancilio. Unfortunately, his website is no longer online. Thanks to the Wayback Machine the article is still readable. But since the presentation is a bit wonky, I decided to mirror his awesome tutorial is this gist.

Chris has spent a huge amount of time writing an in-depth instruction on how to take the machine apart, which may also come in handy for other repairs for the Dedica 680/685. Again all credits go to him. Thanks a lot for the great work!

You need spice-vdagent

You need spice-vdagent

Debian or Kali Linux installed to as KVM (libvirtd) guests do not automatically have qemu-guest-agent or spice-vdagent installed. This will prevent seamless movement of the mouse cursor between the guest and host desktop in Virtual Machine Manager (requiring the use of a Ctrl-Alt to release the cursor from the guest window).

To cure this, install both qemu-guest-agent and spice-vdagent on each guest and reboot (the guests).

$ sudo apt install qemu-guest-agent
$ sudo apt install spice-vdagent
